Thank you for the interest you have shown DESMI. Your data will be treated confidentially and we will do our best to honour your trust. Only our Human Resources Department and the relevant hiring managers will be able to view your submitted data. Personal data will only be collected, processed and used by DESMI with the purpose of storing, evaluate, co-ordinate, and send on your application for a position with us.

You give us the right to contact former employers and those relevant in your network. The aim of the contact would be evaluating you in accordance to your job application.

You accept that the company can process your application upon recruitment to a position other than the one you have applied for with the aim of recruiting you for another relevant job.

When your application is processed, we will though delete all your information no later than 6 months after you applied for the job. If there are special circumstances, which means that you and DESMI has agreed on a common interest in storing your application material for a longer time it will be possible.

You have the right to know which information is stored, and you can request the information to be deleted from our job database at any given time.
