Sales Support Engineer

Then you might want to be our new Sales Support Engineer.

As our sales team continues to grow, we are looking for an ambitious, highly skilled and customer focused technician to further strengthen the team. As our Sales Support Engineer, you will be part of an international team based in both Nørresundby and around the world. You will be the right hand of our Sales Team as they will rely on you to clarify technical issues and customer requests.

Key responsibility areas:

• Review technical specifications, generate quotations and deviation lists.
• Supplier contact and assurances of right supply chain in cooperation with procurement.
• Prepare quotation with associated documentation for the Sales Team
• Support with quote follow-up and lead generation
• Internal product and sales training and education

The position is based at our headquarter in Nørresundby, Denmark.

You can expect 10 – 15 travel days yearly.

We expect that you have an educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar. You are a team player and capable of taking your own decisions.

You understand cultural differences and have good communication skills in English both verbally and in writing. In addition, you are not averse to asking for help, for example by approaching colleagues or sub-suppliers.
