Superintendent Engineer for DESMI DeServe A/S
DESMI DeServe A/S is a new organization in the DESMI organization established in 2020 and is the Worldwide supplier of spare parts and service engineers for service, warranty and commissioning jobs.
We are experiencing great growth and a rising demand for technical service therefore we are looking into expanding our service department with an ambitious and dynamic Superintendent Engineer.
The primary role of the Superintendent Engineers is to be an active participant in the front office handling technical enquiries and communicate with the customers – internally as well as externally. One interesting task in this regard is online support of BWMS installations onboard vessels. Secondly, focus will be on gaining knowledge of other DESMI products such as OptiSave which is a product designed for saving FO- consumption onboard vessels.
It can also be expected to be sent out on service and commissioning jobs during busy periods, and participation in a 24/7-365 service hotline can be expected.
The ideal candidate has a marine engineer degree or equivalent work experience, and 5+ years of experience in the field of providing technical service to end customers – could be experience as service engineer and/ or project manager with interest in technical installations and solutions for the customers. In general, maritime experience is an advantage.

- Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally
Primary working location will be at the Head Quarter in Nørresundby, Denmark but 80-120 travelling days per year is expected.
