To secure future growth according to our strategy, we are looking for an ambitious and detailed Aftersales Coordinator that can drive spare parts sales through multiple sales channels globally. As our new Aftersales Coordinator, you will be a part of a great team in the expansion and development of the spare part sales with huge growth potential. You will be located regionally in the DESMI Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland and together with an experienced teams locally drive the global spare part sales to the next level. You will have reference to the Global Spare Part Manager in Poland. You will be in regular contact with your Danish colleagues from main HQ, Indian Team in SSC, and American site too. Moreover, you will cooperate daily with customers and colleagues from all over the world, as DeServe is handling spare parts and pumps on a global level. As an Aftersales Coordinator you will take part of the responsibility for our spare parts and replacement pumps’ sales globally, directly with the ship owner or through our agents and distributors. Key responsibility areas:
• Handling spare parts and pump inquiries from our customers
• Configurating centrifugal pumps, gear pumps and third-party pumps
• Preparation of quotes and orders for spares and pumps
• Technical support and active cooperation with Sales Offices in DESMI group
• Customer assistance in obtaining appropriate products according to customer needs
• Cooperating with internal DESMI support departments for servicing customers the best possible way You will be part of the DeServe Aftersales team, located in the DESMI Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw, Poland. Your profile
The position requires high communication skills in English and technical understanding. Overall, the position requires a service minded and solution-oriented personality, with skills and ability to work across borders and communicate with both sales and internal support Teams in the company. Furthermore, you may have experience with in-direct sales through a network of sales representatives, agents, and distributors. Knowledge of any additional language such as German or any other Scandinavian language will be an asset. • Strongly customer-oriented person • Experience with customer service and customer support • Ability to work in an international organization where personality and honesty are important • Technical university degree, preferable with mechanical engineering or other relevant technical education, combined with Marine & Offshore or Industry experience. • Experience within pump technology will be an advantage. • Strong presentation & communication skills • Fluent communication in English (orally and in writing) • Service minded and solution-oriented personality Expected travel days pr. year
