DESMI Pumping Technology A/S is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of a large variation of pumps and automated systems for the maritime and industrial markets worldwide.

As our new Team Manager of sales support & order management, you will be managing local teams in HQ as well as cooperating closely with colleagues worldwide.

Key responsibility areas:

• Execute DESMI Sales support and order management for outstanding services and support.
• Ensure high quality towards internal and external stakeholders for assurances of right product selections, documentation, and execution.
• Gate keeper for the supply chain and quality assurances of order placement in accordance with the standard required for production.
• Support to the sales organization for greater performances and customer support.
• Direct and indirect management of employees locally and in sales companies.
• Management of the warranty department with respect for all stakeholders.
• Customer contacts and meetings on different levels, depending on the task.
• You will be an important team player in relation to the continuous development of the organization, products, and growth within the DESMI Group.

The position is in our head office in Nørresundby, Denmark. You will have the responsibility to lead and manage 8-10 employees in Denmark and 10-15 employees in our international sales offices.

You can expect 20 – 25 travel days yearly.

We expect that you have an educational background in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar. Preferably you have experience from a manufacturing company where you held a role in sales, technical support, or sales support within the marine or industrial sector. You are a team leader and a self-starter with excellent communication skill in English both verbally and in writing.
